Valeriana

Is traditionally used for insomnia, stress, fevers and menstrual problems. It is used for nervous, digestive, and respiratory systems as a stimulant, antispasmodic, stomachache, sedative, analeptic, carminative and nervine. Take 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. per cup boiled and steeped.
